As early as you can. The most popular dates in November–December and January–February go first. A date is held for you once the advance is paid.

Usually 30% to book your date, 40% before the first function, and 30% on the agreed delivery milestones. If your dates need a different schedule, we agree it in the quotation.

Only with your written consent. You choose: yes, yes but without faces, or not at all. Saying no changes nothing about your films.

Yes. Our reels team works alongside your photographer and filmmaker, shooting vertical reels and behind-the-scenes moments they are not set up for.

With next-morning reels, a finished reel from each function by the next morning. Teaser in about 2 weeks, full film and photographs in about 6–8 weeks.

Every card is copied to two separate drives before we leave the venue. Nothing is reused, deleted or reformatted until your delivery is approved.

Yes, for weddings and pre-wedding shoots across Uttarakhand and beyond. Travel and stay are added to the quote at cost.

On request, flown by a certified pilot, where airspace permission for your venue, the weather and safety rules allow. Much of Delhi NCR is restricted airspace, and so are wildlife reserves and many temples, so we check your venue before quoting.

Raw footage is available by separate agreement, delivered on a hard drive.

Every good frame from your functions, colour-corrected, plus a set of hero edits finished by hand. That is 600+ photographs with Documentary and more at each level above; your quotation gives the exact numbers.

Two consolidated rounds of changes on the principal films: you send one list of notes, we revise, then you send a final list.

One defined block of coverage, such as the haldi or the sangeet, with hours agreed in your quotation. Extra hours, extra days and functions running at the same time in different places are quoted separately.

Cinematic is premium coverage led by a cinematographer, with several cameras and planned couple portraits. Director’s Cut adds a film director who plans your wedding as one connected story before the day, plus bride, groom and pre-wedding films and a printed album.

You get full personal use of everything we deliver: share it, print it, post it. We keep the copyright and use it only as your consent allows.

We work with hotels and homestays in Nainital, Corbett and Mukteshwar and can suggest a stay that suits the shoot. You book and pay the hotel directly.

Short films about each of you, made from the wedding itself: your preparation, your family, a short sit-down with each of you before the day, and messages from your parents. Together with a couple film, they tell one journey from two sides.

Not as standard. The story films come from the crew already covering your functions and preparation. If you want a dedicated cinematographer for one of you, ask us and we will quote it.

We run our own editing pipeline that sorts, stabilises and colours footage overnight, and a person checks every reel before it reaches you. Your footage stays on our own machines.

No. We film and photograph your wedding; you book the venue and other vendors. We are happy to work alongside whoever you choose.
